At the time of booking the first lesson, the full fee must be transferred to secure the slot. The lesson will not be confirmed until payment is received.
All lessons must be paid for at least 24 hours before the start time. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the lesson.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation. Failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of the lesson fee.
The instructor reserves the right to withdraw the use of the car for test purposes if they have not consented to the booking, or if they believe the pupil has not reached the required test standard.
The price of a driving test booking with the DVSA does not include the use of the car for the test, or any lessons taken immediately beforehand.
The instructor may refuse to proceed with a lesson if they believe the pupil is under the influence. In this event, the full lesson fee will still be charged.
All lessons are 90 minutes (1.5 hours) in length. Any changes to this are at the driving instructor’s discretion.
